mikenewhousepicMike Newhouse is one dynamic and driven 21 year old. He has served on the panel of experts for the CEONetweavers, spoken to the World CEO Club, consulted for Inc Magazines Fastest Growing Companies, and has worked with Fortune 500's across the country.

Mike's marketing skills and strive to become the best started at the age of 12. He and his best friend, also named Michael, started M&M Landscaping. There were several other neighborhood kids mowing lawns and landscaping and Mike and Mike (you see where M&M came from?) knew that they had to do something to seperate themselves from the competition. Little did Mike realize, he was starting a career in marketing.

What'd they do to differentiate themselves? They went door to door asking for business with their flyers in hand. Attached to those flyers, a fun size bag of M&M chocolate candy, free for the customers. Soon they had more jobs than they could handle.

Mike Newhouse went on to graduate high school 2 years ahead of his peers. He then started his own 501 C3 non-profit where he talked to underprivileged children about the harmful effects of drug and alcohol abuse, which he had witnessed many of his friends struggle with. He ran the non-profit while racing motorcycles around the country, and ended up racing for a brief stint with SoBe Energy drinks as his title sponsor. A quick turn of events in Mike's life, and his racing dreams were quickly ending.

Through his racing, he had become well connected within the motorcycle industry and found a very niche product to bring to market. He ended up building a brand around this product, and became the world-wide marketer for it. Within just a few weeks of it being launched, he already had top name racers endorsing it, and international sales.

From there, he became very focused on social network marketing. Mike was handling all the marketing for several companies on sites like Myspace and Facebook. Being in such a niche, he quickly become overwhelmed with the amount of work, and decided to create a product to sell so that he could train more people, more economically. He launched his first internet marketing product that quickly become the number one product in that industry in the world.

Launching these products taught Mike an incredible amount about web 2.0 marketing stratigie such as how to build a brand with a single product, using viral marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, blogging, and attracting media attention.

From here, he began speaking at small business networking events on the topic, and was quickly being invited as a quest speaker to CEO groups, rotary clubs, and many more. As his speech continued to improve, so did his list of clients. Mike is now an internet marketing consultant for businesses throughout the country.
